What is JobCraft?
JobCraft is an AI job application assistant. It analyzes job descriptions, tailors your resume for ATS, generates cover letters, helps you answer application questions, and tracks every application in one place.
Does it work with LinkedIn jobs?
Yes — paste any job description from LinkedIn, Indeed, or company sites. A JobCraft Chrome extension for one-click capture and assisted autofill is coming soon.
Can I save multiple resumes?
Yes. Keep separate resume versions per role or industry and tailor any of them per application.
AI & honesty
Does the AI invent experience?
No. JobCraft is constrained to your real resume content. It rephrases and optimizes — it never fabricates employers, titles, dates, degrees, certifications, tools, or metrics.
Is JobCraft optimized for ATS?
Yes. JobCraft surfaces the keywords each job description prioritizes and weaves them into your resume and cover letter naturally — without keyword stuffing.
Can the AI answer sensitive questions for me?
JobCraft flags sensitive or legal questions (work authorization, EEO, salary) with a warning and asks you to review before using the answer.
Privacy & security
Is my data private?
Yes. Every resume, job, and generated document is stored under your account and protected by row-level security. Only you can read your data.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your content is not used to train third-party models. It's used only to generate your output, then discarded by the model providers per their data policies.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete resumes, jobs, and generated documents anytime. Deleting your account removes all associated content.
Will the Chrome extension auto-submit applications?
No. The extension is not yet available — it's in final review with Google. When it launches, it will only fill fields after you confirm, and it will refuse to read or fill sensitive fields like SSN, banking, passwords, and credit cards. It will never click submit.
Pricing
Do I need to pay to start?
No. JobCraft is free to start and no credit card is required. Upgrade to Pro anytime for higher limits. The Chrome extension is coming soon and will be included with Pro at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full Pro access during the trial and can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing before it ends to avoid being charged.
Will I be charged automatically?
Only if you upgrade to Pro. Pro renews monthly or yearly through Stripe until you cancel — you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of a Pro charge if you haven't used substantial AI generations that period. See our Refund Policy for details.
