Terms of Service

By creating an account or using JobCraft (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

JobCraft helps you tailor resumes, generate cover letters, analyze job descriptions, and track applications using third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically; you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service (storage, AI tailoring, exporting documents). We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party models.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Review every generated resume, cover letter, or follow-up before sending. You are solely responsible for content you submit to employers or contacts.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: misrepresenting credentials, automated scraping, attempting to access other users' data, or using the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; we permanently remove your data (resumes, jobs, documents, subscriptions, profile, auth record). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that AI output will land you a job, pass any ATS, or be free of errors. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
